  • 5:00pm - Registration/check in @ HUMC (14005 Stumptown Road).  Please drive to back parking lot and enter via back entrance.  

  • 5:45pm - Group Dinner (on site)

  • 6:30pm - Official welcome, announcements & expectations

  • 7:00pm - Project assignments, team introductions & team building

  • 8:00pm - Group game

  • 9:00pm - Getting ready for bed

  • 10:00pm - Bed time

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY

  • 6:30am - Wake up

  • 7:00am - Group breakfast

  • 7:30am - Morning Devotional (led by one of the youth leaders)

  • 7:45am - Quiet time

  • 8:00am - Get ready to leave for service project

  • 8:30am - Leave for morning (AM) service project

  • 9:00am - AM service project begins

  • 11:30am - Return to HUMC for lunch.  

  • 12 noon - Lunch @ HUMC

  • 12:45pm - Leave for afternoon (PM) service project

  • 1:00pm - PM service project begins

  • 4:30pm - head back to HUMC (14005 Stumptown Road)

  • 5:00pm - free time & showers

  • 6:00pm - Group Dinner

  • 7:00pm - Evening Session (video of day's events, music, speaker)

  • 7:45pm - Small groups (by church)

  • 8:30pm - Evening game

  • 10:00pm - Bed time

WEDNESDAY NIGHT ONLY

Normal schedule from 6:30am to 7:00pm

  • 7:00pm - Evening Session (parents are invited to attend and watch)

  • 7:45pm - Open Mic / Personal Testimonies (in lieu of small group meetings)

  • 8:00pm - Closing remarks

  • 8:15pm - Students may leave with their parents
